The Role

As anAssocRICS Building Surveyor, you will focus primarily onpre-purchase surveysfor premium London residential and commercial properties. However, your work will be varied, with the opportunity to develop your expertise in other areas, including:

• Listed Building Surveys
• Scopes of Work & Contract Administration
• Building Pathology & Defects Analysis
• Reinstatement Cost Assessments
• Schedules of Condition
• Party Walls
• Rights of Light
• Measured Building Surveys / 3D Scanning
• Valuation

Blackacre supports career development and providesfull APC trainingto help you achieve MRICS status.

The Benefits

• Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience) + commission structure

We are seeking adriven and ambitious surveyorwith a passion for learning and career progression. The ideal candidate will have:

AssocRICS qualification (or equivalent)
At least2 years of surveying experience
A strong understanding ofbuilding materials and defects
The ability towork independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and client service skills
