Multi-Site General Manager - Brewery and Pubs - York - A£45,000 + Live-In

Who will you be working for?

My client is one of the most successful Brewery owners & pub operators in The North. They own some of the best venues. Their managerial development schemes are outstanding and regularly churn out industry-leading managers. They are one big family and are looking for a Multisite General Manager for their sites in York.

What are we looking for?

This role will be great for a single site GM looking to step up! They are looking for a General Manager with high volume experience. This can be from a single site but will have to have experience in managing a big team and preferably multiple revenue streams.

Responsibilities

1. Analysing the P&L and reducing costs where possible
2. Attending weekly head office meetings and discussing P&L, business performance etc.
3. Liaising with promo and music programmers to organise daily live music events
4. Work with light and sound technicians to ensure the venue always looks its best
5. Manage a large team of around 40 staff
6. Recruit and train/develop your team
