Job description

Inhouse UK Immigration Consultant

Job Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: London (hybrid)
Salary: £40-55k + Bonus + Benefits

The focus of your role will be managing a range of UK corporate immigration applications, specifically on Tier 2 and sponsor licence management, as well as ILR, Business Visitor, Family Members, and EEA applications.

The Role:

  1. Provide advice & guidance regarding UK immigration and associated issues, specifically on Tier 2 Points Based System applications, with sound knowledge of Tier 2 relevant policy and practice, as well as other corporate immigration applications including sponsor licence applications and sponsor compliance.
  2. Strong case management skills - able to manage and coordinate your own volume caseload.
  3. Ensuring the case progress and documents are updated on a regular basis.

The Person:

  1. Previous experience of UK corporate immigration.
  2. Confidence liaising regularly with stakeholders at all levels.
  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  4. A bachelor degree, or equivalent.
  5. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills - able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong communication and drafting skills.
  7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  8. Able to conduct research independently.
  9. Able to think and act independently with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  10. Be a team player and participate in a team environment.
  11. Good IT-user skills.
