Recruiting Qualified Finance within Real Estate, Property & Construction

About the Company - Investigo are working exclusively with a global manufacturing company with offices in Euston, London. Due to a business restructure, the company are now hiring a Group Reporting Manager to join their controllership team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Finance Director and manage a team of qualified accountants for an international, private equity backed business.

About the Role

Location: London, Euston

Hybrid working: 2 days office based

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the financial consolidation process, ensuring IFRS compliance and accurate reporting in multiple currencies.
  2. Analyse financial data to identify discrepancies and drive process improvements in reporting and audits.
  3. Collaborate with the Group Financial Controller on quarterly/annual IFRS financial statements.
  4. Guide finance teams on consolidation processes and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  5. Work with external auditors to validate consolidation processes and financial statements.
  6. Support the transition to a new consolidation system and ensure compliance with private equity and bondholder reporting.
  7. Manage a team, fostering development, and provide ad-hoc financial analyses for Senior Management.

Qualifications - ACA Qualified (or equivalent) within a mid-tier or large accountancy firm

Required Skills

  1. Must have experience of multi-currency consolidations preparation
  2. Experience working within similar group reporting roles, ideally in large/listed companies
  3. Exposure working within the manufacturing sector would be ideal but not essential
  4. Confident user of consolidation systems e.g. SAP or Oracle
  5. Prior experience working within a PE owned company would be useful
