Infrastructure Engineer

Salary: £80,000 - £85,000

Location: London (4 days office-based)

A Leading Financial services client seeks an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join their IT team in London. You'll be part of a global IT function managing infrastructure and providing support across UK/European operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain UK/Europe network infrastructure, including Cisco switches and Meraki Wi-Fi systems
• Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line infrastructure and end-user support
• Manage infrastructure including on-premises and cloud-based capabilities
• Support Microsoft 365 environment and troubleshoot Office applications
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements
• Collaborate with global IT team on infrastructure projects

Essential Experience:

• Strong infrastructure engineering background within an on-premises environment
• Proven experience with Cisco networking and small global networks
• VMware and Firewall technology expertise
• Microsoft 365 administration
• Video conferencing and telephony support
• Windows 10/11, Active Directory, SharePoint
• ITSM systems experience

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience working in a global team environment.
