We are working with an award-winning law firm, recently relocated to a stunning new office in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, and we are looking for a dynamic Senior Executive Assistant to join their team!

You will play a crucial role in supporting our executives and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

As an Executive Assistant, you will manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare reports, and handle confidential information with discretion. Job Title:Executive Assistant

Location: Birmingham City Centre

Salary: £28,000 - £32,500

Monday to Friday, full time (permanent)

Hybrid working: 3 days office / 2 days remote working

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Liaise with clients and internal staff on behalf of executives
  • Organise and maintain office files and records
  • Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and a bubbly personality
