The Business Intelligence team at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is here to make a real impact in healthcare through data. As a member of our team, you'll be joining a close-knit group of 25 information analysts, officers, and developers dedicated to providing valuable insights and analytics.
In our fast-paced environment, we focus on using data to enhance patient care, improve operational efficiency, and make informed decisions. As an integral part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with different departments across the hospital, contributing to the overall goal of optimizing healthcare services.
As a Higher Information Analyst you will use business intelligence tools, including SQL, SSRS and Power BI to extract and automate large data sets from a number of different sources. The role will focus on aiding the data needs of the Trust's elective recovery programme, making sure patients are prioritised according to their clinical needs and that no patients are left behind. By adding value to the raw data you will be helping to empower the workforce by putting the right information in front of the right people, at the right time. The post holder will also supervise a team of Information Analysts and Officers, managing workloads across the team and supporting their development.
