Join Our Team as a CNC Miller - Late Shift Opportunity in Milton Keynes!

Are you a skilled CNC Miller seeking a new challenge?

We are working with a dynamic engineering company, based in Milton Keynes, on their requirement for a talented individual to join their late shift team. They specialise in producing high-quality, precision components with short lead times, serving industries such as F1, Motorsport, Automotive, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components.
2. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
3. Set appropriate tools and materials for each job.
4. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
5. Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments to maintain high standards.

What We Need:

1. Proven experience working with CNC milling machines, specifically Hurco, Heidenheim, and/or Mazak machines and controls.
2. Proficiency in machining exotic materials such as aluminium, stainless steel, carbon fibre, and plastics.
3. The ability to read technical drawings.
4. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team on the late shift.
