Job description

FLT/Materials Handler

Temp to Perm, GBP12.30p/hr, Day Shift, Mon-Fri, 39hrs per week, ASAP starts

Location: BRADFORD

I am looking for an experienced FLT and Warehouse Operative to work in the Warehouse and Yard of a busy manufacturing company based in Bradford on a Temp to Perm contract.

Day-to-day tasks for the successful candidate will include:

  1. Unloading and loading deliveries
  2. Stock replenishment
  3. Shelving deliveries
  4. Moving stock around the factory
  5. General yard and warehouse duties

Key skills required for the role include:

  1. Must hold a Counterbalance FLT License
  2. Reach FLT License would be beneficial
  3. Knowledge of manual handling skills as the role will involve some heavy lifting/shifting
  4. Safety, environmental, and quality awareness
  5. A team player who can use their own initiative
  6. Capable of working unsupervised

Day shifts are from 6am to 2.30pm from Mon to Thurs, with an 11.45am finish on a Friday. This is advertised as a Temp to Perm role with a pay rate of GBP12.30p/hr, with overtime paid at time +.
