This growing events agency offers services including full events management for a high-profile pharmaceutical client base. A chance to work for a well-established agency that has won a host of awards, with a focus on delivering sustainable events on a global scale and a fantastic reputation.

With a truly diverse portfolio, they manage and deliver projects including conferences, investigator meetings, gala dinners, product launches, and congress for an impressive client base predominantly within the pharmaceutical sector. Working on smaller projects through to large-scale and complex events across the world, this is a great opportunity to support a wide range of events and gain valuable experience.

You will be given the chance to work within a supportive environment as part of a close-knit, friendly, and sociable team!

They offer flexible and hybrid working with expectations to go into the offices as needed, likely 1-2 times per week. As a junior member of the team, it would be beneficial to be local to the office in order to work from the office a little more for support and training.

THE ROLE

Due to continued success, this thriving events agency is now looking for a Project Assistant to join their talented team. You will provide support in the end-to-end management of projects, delivering on smaller projects as you gain experience and confidence.

This is a fast-paced agency where you will work across a wide range of events on an international basis; therefore, international travel may also be required.

As a Project Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist Project Managers with end-to-end delivery
  • Work across a range of live, hybrid, and virtual events
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Liaise with clients, delegates, and suppliers
  • Develop websites and apps using Cvent

  • Work to deadlines and project timelines
  • Develop financial management skills

  • Prepare post-event reports and debriefs

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role, we are looking for candidates with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. You will have 1-2 years of experience in corporate events management and be able to work autonomously and take responsibility. You will be extremely organised with excellent attention to detail and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
