Salary: £28,000 - £43,685 (depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The role: Vision for Education is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Biology Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Lincoln. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a school environment and be comfortable teaching and supervising students across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).

The successful Biology Teacher will have a strong passion for science and education, with robust subject knowledge in Biology. You should be flexible, adaptable, and committed to inspiring students to reach their full potential in the subject. A minimum of a Science Degree (with a focus on Biology) is required, as well as an in-date DBS on the Update Service, or the willingness to apply for one at the point of consideration for the role.

Requirements

To be considered for the position of Biology Teacher, you will:

• Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Set high expectations for students' behaviour.
• Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
• Have a genuine desire to become part of an outstanding Science department.
