Prime Appointments have an exciting new role! We are currently recruiting on behalf of a market leader in their field based in Witham, Essex.

We are looking for a Factory Operative who has previous experience within a factory environment.

This is a perfect opportunity to join a company on a temporary to permanent basis, who can also offer ongoing training & progression.

Duties of the Factory Operative will include:

1. Loading and unloading machinery
2. Quality control
3. Basic machine operating
4. Measuring and assembly
5. Use of hand tools
6. General production duties as required

The ideal Factory Operative applicant:

1. Previous factory/production experience required
2. Knowledge of quality processes
3. Able to complete manual handling tasks
4. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
5. Experience in a Manufacturing and Production environment

Pay, Hours & Benefits:

1. Monday to Thursday, 6am - 2.30pm, Friday 6am - 14.00pm
2. £11.44 to £11.90 DOE
3. On site parking
4. Temporary to Permanent opportunity
