Position: Operations Care Manager
Location: Kent and London
Salary: Up to £70,000 + 10% Bonus
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Are you an experienced senior operations professional with a passion for driving operational excellence? I am seeking a talented and motivated Operations Manager to oversee a small number of services across Kent and London, working with a well-established nationwide organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee and manage operational processes to ensure quality and efficiency improvements across services in Kent and London.
  2. Develop and implement business plans to meet organisational objectives and KPIs.
  3. Lead and coordinate finance, marketing, and HR functions to ensure smooth operations and business growth.
  4. Utilise your CQC knowledge to maintain compliance and drive high standards within services.
  5. Lead a dedicated team, providing clear communication and guidance to achieve operational goals.

The Ideal Candidate:
  1. Proven experience in a senior management role within an operational environment.
  2. Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
  3. Experience in finance, marketing, and HR functions.
  4. Demonstrated ability to successfully plan, execute, and achieve business goals.
  5. Track record of planning and managing operational processes to improve quality and efficiency.
