Are you ready to make a real impact? The Planning, Environmental Health, and Licensing teams at Elmbridge are supported by our incredible Business Support Team. This team is the backbone of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

About the role

We're on the lookout for a motivated, experienced, and collaborative manager to lead this talented team. If you're enthusiastic, proactive, and love tackling new challenges, this role is for you! You'll play a key role in our digital transformation efforts, streamlining services, and implementing innovative solutions. Your ability to understand, explain, and implement complex processes will be crucial. Excellent communication skills and a calm demeanour when dealing with customers and stakeholders is a must.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Business Support Team
• Drive digitalisation and streamline processes
• Shape the direction of the service and implement wider initiatives
• Direct line management responsibilities
