We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Conference Producer with a strong background in cybersecurity and critical infrastructure to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging conference programs, acquiring top-tier speakers, and delivering high-quality events that align with our strategic vision.

• Program Development: Research and develop innovative conference agendas focused on cybersecurity and critical infrastructure, ensuring content is relevant, timely, and thought-provoking.
• Speaker Acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure leading industry experts, practitioners, and thought leaders as speakers and panellists.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to align conference themes with market trends and attendee needs.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with speakers, sponsors, and partners to enhance event value.
• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of conference production, including timelines, deliverables, and on-site execution (if required).
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep our events ahead of the curve.

• Proven experience in producing conferences or events within the cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, or technology sectors.
• Strong network of contacts within the cybersecurity and critical infrastructure communities.
• Exceptional research, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to create compelling conference agendas and attract high-caliber speakers.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
