Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for 2 x Field Service Technician located in the South Yorkshire area and the Gatwick/Crawley area. The Field Service Technicians will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water treatment systems, including filters, softeners, and RO units. Daily tasks include troubleshooting equipment, performing routine maintenance, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires travel to customer sites and ensuring all work complies with company standards and regulations.

Qualifications

Technical skills in installing, maintaining, and repairing water treatment systems
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and travel to various client sites
Relevant experience or qualifications in plumbing, electrical or mechanical engineering is a plus
A valid driver's license
