  • Participate in the on-call rota, providing support via the on-call phone (6 a.m. to 11 p.m.) to address client or staff needs and ensure seamless operations outside of regular working hours when required.
  • Have the ability to work 5 days a week within a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional short notice cover when needed.

  • Assist with staff development, including training, shadowing, and performance reviews.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (required).
  • You will be required to work five days per week, with shifts scheduled flexibly across Monday to Sunday. Full availability is essential to support at short notice, but you will never be required to work more than five days in a week.
  • Full UK driving licence (required).
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to act quickly and manage unforeseen challenges.
  • Proficient in IT for managing care systems, completing reports, and using software relevant to compliance and communication (required).
  • Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the business, ensuring that both the care delivery and operational aspects are consistently supported (required).

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £27,300 salary per year.
  • 28 days of paid holiday per year.
  • Private healthcare and additional benefits.
  • Use of a company car.

  • Full training and ongoing professional development.
  • The opportunity to work with a dedicated, passionate team that values high-quality care.

Benefits:

  • £250 Welcome bonus upon completing a 12-week probation.
  • £250 Refer-a-friend bonus.
  • Pension scheme and paid SCW registration.
  • Use of company car.
  • Mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile

Personal Specification:

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly flexible with a strong sense of responsibility to step in at a moment’s notice.
  • Willingness to engage in continuing professional development.
