Salary: £20 - £22 per hour

A Carpenter is required to work for a local social housing contractor. The Carpenter role will involve carrying out maintenance works on occupied domestic properties. In addition to carpentry work, it would be ideal if you can carry out basic multi-trade works, such as tiling, patch plastering, and plumbing. Previous social housing/domestic experience is essential.

Daily responsibilities of a Carpenter include:

• Carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Using a PDA system to organize and complete jobs

Requirements for the Carpenter role:

• Must have a full UK driving licence
• Must have previous social housing experience
• Must have experience using a PDA
