Job description

Support Analyst

Remote - Occasional Visits onsite to Watford

£45,000 per annum.

Must be eligible to go through SC Clearance

I am looking for a Support Analyst to join a UK-based company that transforms the way organizations manage their digital content and data. Specializing in cutting-edge enterprise content management and information management solutions, they empower businesses to seamlessly capture, store, and access critical information!

You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining customer solutions, ensuring systems run smoothly by managing tasks like loading new data and validating reports, as well as working closely with clients to build strong relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Skills needed:
  • Experience of Windows/Linux
  • Basic knowledge of programming/scripting - HTML, SQL, CSS, Javascript, .NET
  • Previous IT Support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Hands-on experience of Document Management solutions such as Alfresco/Documentum will be a huge advantage
