Job Description: Social care work opportunity for a Personal Assistant. Listed below are details of the job and what tasks are involved. It is advisable to refer to these when submitting your application and advise of the days/hours you are available.

Job Purpose: I am a friendly, 10 year girl with additional needs who would like a Personal Assistant to take me out to fun activities and to socialise with other children. I enjoy swimming and going to the park. I require support to keep myself safe and supervision when playing close to other children. I can communicate my own needs and emotions although I do sometimes get upset and angry.

At home I enjoy playing role play and make believe with my younger sister, cooking, singing and arts and crafts activities.

Location: Norwich, NR5

Summary Terms and Conditions
- The rate of pay for this position is £12.00 per hour.
- Hours and times of work as follows: 2 hours per week (days and times to be discussed at interview).

- The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.
- Access to free Care Skills training for employer workers.
- You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses incurred as part of the role.

The post is subject to the following:
- A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
- Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
- Completion of a satisfactory probation period of 6 months.
