For this role of a caretaker, you must have an enhanced DBS/Scottish disclosure.

This role as a caretaker is a long-term contract with a permanent contract offered after around 12 months.

Caretaker Hours: (Apply online only) - flexibility may be required.

Responsibilities of a caretaker:

1. Perform general caretaking duties, including cleaning and maintaining the premises.
2. Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy, including common areas, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
3. Basic repairs and general maintenance.
4. Key holder responsibilities.
5. Grounds maintenance and gardening.
6. Restocking supplies as needed.
7. Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.
8. Adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Experience required for a caretaker:

1. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
2. Knowledge of basic domestic or business repairs.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
4. Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Must have a current enhanced DBS or Scottish disclosure.
