Mortgage Case Manager
Location: Altrincham
Salary: Up to £27,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours - Free parking
As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for processing mortgage applications in line with company policy and regulations through to completion while working closely with the mortgage advisor and lenders.
- Pipeline management to support end-to-end processing targets
- Document checking
- Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external customers
- Meet key performance indicators and service levels by working to agreed objectives and deliverables
- Proactive and positive communicator, who is naturally organized
- Telephone call handling
- Work closely with the Underwriters to ensure applications are progressed to outcome efficiently and accurately
- Financial service admin or mortgage experience
