Senior Customer Success Manager – HR Tech

Established over 20 years ago, our client is a market-leading HR Tech platform, working with clients on a multi-vertical basis including the likes of Samsung, CVS and Zurich. They are a multi-award-winning organisation (including being a certified 'Great Place to Work') with their software being used in over 150 countries worldwide.

Having seen continuous growth on an international scale, they are now looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join their team in the UK. This is a pivotal role for the business, driving success directly across their enterprise-level accounts.

This is a hybrid opportunity, with two days per week in their London office.

Responsibilities
  1. Build & develop strategic relationships across a range of existing accounts
  2. Identify opportunities for upselling & cross-selling, as well as risks associated with each account
  3. Proactively manage & maintain renewal pipeline across the account base
  4. Maintain a high level understanding of each client’s needs and drivers
  5. Act as an expert on the product, providing insight, understandings of key features, and ways for accounts be most successful with the product
  6. Maintain regular contact with all clients to ensure for continued satisfaction and success
  7. Collaborate with internal teams where needed
The Successful Candidate
  1. 5+ years customer success experience within the software space
  2. A background in HR Tech is a plus
  3. Enterprise-level experience or experience working with larger clients is ideal
  4. Experience handling commercial elements with existing accounts (i.e. upselling & cross-selling) is essential
  5. Previous experience as an Account Manager would be a plus
  6. Commutable to London twice per week
Senior Customer Success Manager Package
  1. Basic salary: up to £75,000
  2. OTE: +30% (uncapped)
