Delaplex is looking for an Account Manager, a crucial role in expanding our customer base by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. The position requires a proactive approach to prospecting, relationship-building, and presenting tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of potential clients. As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead customer engagements, understand their requirements and adopt a consultative approach to help them reach their technology goals.
This role is responsible for maintaining the existing customers, promoting client satisfaction and actively pursuing new business opportunities. It will also focus on building new relationships and becoming a trusted source of technological innovation as well as identifying gaps that could lead to new projects.
This is a pro-active role requires a high level of initiative and ownership to drive activities and engagements.
This is a full-time hybrid role. This role includes both on-site work in Gloucester and Birmingham, remote (home based) and the expectation of frequent travel to customer locations.
Work patterns are based around standard working weeks (7.5 hours per day, plus lunch, between 8:30am and 5:30pm) with some room for flexibility as required.
