Your new role

Hays is excited to partner with a high-growth company in Suffolk, seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team and help drive transformative change across their organisation.

As a key member of their leadership team, you'll act as a strategic business partner, leading programmes related to employee relations, performance management, recruitment, talent and leadership development, and succession planning. Your influential skills and ability to build strong relationships will be crucial in aligning their HR strategy with their business vision and goals. You'll champion their employee experience and culture programme, ensuring the consistent application of company policies and procedures, fostering an inclusive, high-performance work culture.

What you'll need to succeed

  1. The ideal candidate will be L7 CIPD qualified and degree-educated, with significant experience in HR operations, culture change, and people development, preferably within a customer-focused industry.
  2. Strong data analysis skills, a passion for creating inclusive work cultures, and demonstrated leadership experience are essential.
  3. You should possess a deep understanding of employee engagement, leadership development, and talent retention strategies, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven experience in a senior/executive HR leadership position, familiarity with union operations and TUPE regulations, and competencies such as resilience, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills are vital.
