Salary: £8,000 - £9,760 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience.
Contract type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract / Attachment - 7 hours per week.

We are looking for a talented and accomplished radio presenter to present Sunday Breakfast (6 – 10am) on a regional show across the East Midlands. The show is broadcast to audiences on BBC Radio Derby, Nottingham and Leicester.
This is an exciting opportunity to present a show that has one of the highest combined listenership in the East Midlands. The show aims to pull in listeners with engaging and relatable presentation, topical conversation and plenty of reasons to smile. As a presenter you’ll need to create a great emotional connection and be “one of our listeners”. Your content needs to be real and relatable and you'll love talking about our great music. The show has faith and reflective elements that include interviewing a range of faith voices and guests, but also includes stories from everyday people making a difference for others.
Central to the role is being in touch with what the audience cares about and being able to bring that to life in a creative and entertaining way. You will have strong ideas about what makes great radio and work well in a team to create award-winning audio.
