Plant Integrity Engineer (High Temperature / Life Assessment)

£57,500 - £65,000 DOE + Hybrid + Flexible Hours + 25 Days Holiday + Health and Life Assurance

Leatherhead, Surrey

Are you from a Materials Engineering background, with experience in Plant Integrity Assessments, looking to join a growing consultancy known for being leading experts in the field?

Do you want to be part of a dynamic consultancy where you'll become an influential player, allowing you to take autonomy over the project process?

On offer is the opportunity to shape your career within a group of industry experts, continually expanding their reach to new clients worldwide, who provide services in plant integrity, stress analysis and life assessment including probabilistic assessment/extension, on-site replication and hardness testing, boroscopy, UT and all types of other inspection services.

You will be in a key role, working on Integrity Assessment projects with a high level of complexity for clients such as BP, Shell and EDF Energy. This is an excellent opportunity for a Materials Engineer looking for a versatile role where you can consult and influence power plants across the world.

The role:

  1. Prepare proposals for plant inspection and general integrity inspection
  2. Assessment of power and processing petrochemical plants
  3. Analysis of Engineering assessment and inspection reports
  4. Plant condition assessment
  5. High temperature plant integrity and plant life assessment
  6. Occasional overseas travel

The person:
  1. Project Engineer, Materials Engineer, Metallurgist or similar
  2. Experience with power or process plant integrity and life assessments
