Senior Architectural Technologist

Konker is recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a Manchester-based architectural practice.

This RIBA practice has roughly 90 members of staff in total, with almost 13 working out of its Manchester office. They are currently in the process of moving to a new office, allowing room for growth now and in the future.

Over the last 30 years, this RIBA practice has worked on many award-winning projects, locally and nationally.

With their core principles revolving around sustainable design and work enjoyment, this diverse practice is looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist who loves their work and will bring plenty of enthusiasm along with them.

You will have the chance to work on a range of projects, including some large-scale, high-end e-commerce projects for global companies.

The Role: Senior Architectural Technologist

1. Run your own projects
2. Produce feasibility studies through to seeing projects on site
3. Use Revit daily
4. Produce technical drawings for each stage of the building process
5. Work directly with clients, contractors, and consultants
6. Work across all industrial and retail design
7. Any experience in cladding would be great!

Salary for this position is between GBP35K-GBP45K depending on previous experience and ability.
