Job Opportunity at 1Nebula:
The purpose of this position is to focus on outbound lead generation and prospecting to build a pipeline for Account Executive (AEs) and Sales focused Exco Members.
This role drives revenue growth for:
- OneView FinOps platform (SaaS)
- OneView TEM platform (SaaS)
- FinOps Service (Managed Service)
- Custom Development (Project and Managed Service)
What You will do within this role (Your key responsibilities):
- Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage potential customers.
- Book discovery calls or demos for AEs by finding and qualifying potential buyers.
- Research and personalize outreach based on prospect pain points and business needs.
- Follow up on market qualified leads that require additional engagement.
More about You (Our requirements for the role):
Although we believe in the potential of others more than anything else there are some minimum requirements we would look for so consider these before sending us your application:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of B2B software and services sales experience
- Proven ability to meet sales quotas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platform
Advantageous:
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS, IT services, or cloud computing.
- Experience using sales engagement platforms (Lusha, LinkedIn)
- Ability to run basic product demos.
Skills and traits:
- Persistent and resilient (handling rejection in outbound sales)
- Strong written and verbal communication for cold outreach.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, and call scripting
- Self-motivated and driven to hit activity quotas (calls, emails, outreach)
- Ability to research and personalize outreach for high-value targets.

Remuneration package structure:
- Base monthly salary (50%)
- Variable OTE (On Target Earnings) based on quarterly SQL meeting booking targets (50%)
