Job Description

The Staff Financial Analyst Consultant analyzes and communicates financial results for key products, markets and initiatives, develops compelling story lines to help deepen client insights and recommends creative actions to guide strategy and operations. This role formulates financial projections to support in predicting and tracking performance and diagnosing potential issues.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Analyst Consultant will specifically support the Human Resource Finance Manager to guide HR business partners on finance strategy, vendor management and technology options.
  2. Provide accurate, timely reports with financial insight to allow business partners to improve performance.
  3. Use analysis to influence and drive action within finance, leadership and our business partners by using fact-based, holistic and forward-looking perspectives to identify emerging issues and current trends, and assist in implementation of strategies.
  4. Prepare and help build storyline for financial updates.
  5. Isolate key drivers, quantify impacts, and forecast implications to the business recognizing how different data points fit together.
  6. Drive conversations with leadership to understand business implications of current trends.
  7. Develop and lead effective presentations for small groups.

Education

4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

  1. 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)
  2. Financial Expense Management experience preferred
  3. SAP S4 Hana, ECC or equivalent ERP experience preferred
  4. Intermediate Excel, Power Point, & Power BI Skills required
  5. Effective communication & time management skills

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job does not have supervisory duties.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $50,400.00 - 88,987.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
