Base pay range

MKJ Ignite are delighted to be working with one of the fastest growing D2C brands in the UK (announced in the Sunday Times top 100 list). The business is also one of the most popular Female Health & Wellness brands in this country too with thousands of loyal subscribers.

They’re now looking to hire a CRM Manager to come in and spearhead the Email & SMS communication strategies. The business is subscription first so customer loyalty and maximising lifetime value (LTV) is clearly hugely important for them.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?
  1. You need to have at least 3 years CRM & Retention experience for a subscription D2C brand.
  2. Proven CRM, Email, Loyalty, Retention Marketing & SMS experience is essential for this role.
  3. Proven experience using Klaviyo is critical for this role.
  4. A data-driven mindset is important for this role.
  5. A deep passion for the e-commerce industry and a track record of success in B2C Marketing.
  6. A passion for Health & Wellness / Health & Nutrition is an added bonus.
