Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Cleaning Technician Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the cleaning industry, excellent leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to supervising cleaning operations. A valid driving license is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage a team of cleaning technicians across multiple sites.
2. Schedule and assign daily tasks to ensure timely and efficient cleaning services.
3. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure standards are met.
4. Train and mentor team members in cleaning techniques and best practices.
5. Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.
6. Handle client requests, concerns, and feedback professionally.
7. Drive company vehicles to transport staff and equipment as required.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in the cleaning industry (supervisory experience preferred).
2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
3. Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
4. Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and health and safety regulations.
5. Full UK driving license.
6. Flexible to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.25-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 36 per week
