Job Title: Tooling Academy Training Manager
Salary: £52,000 - £55,000

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7am - 3:30pm
We're supporting our client, a global, leading injection moulding company based in West Drayton, who are looking for a Tooling Academy Training Manager to join their growing team. The successful Tooling Academy Training Manager will have practical experience in toolmaking or engineering, as well as possess a relevant engineering qualification.
As a Tooling Academy Training Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of the company's Tooling Academy. This includes identifying training needs, working with external partners to develop a comprehensive, levelled training standard/curriculum, documenting training plans, and ensuring the effective delivery of training programmes to a high and consistent standard, improving employee performance and productivity and building a sustainable pipeline of skilled Toolmakers for the future.
