About the role:
Job title: Quality Assurance Officer (Maternity cover)
Location: Home Based with regular travel across the North East and possible travel to Yorkshire & Humber to meet business needs.
Role Type: Fixed term contract, 3/4 days a week. This is a part-time position for 12 months initially but may be extended.
Do you have previous experience of NCS contracts and the L4 CIAG? Are you passionate about driving continuous improvement and operational excellence? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality standards?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Careers and Employability team as a Quality Assurance Officer to cover maternity leave. This role will be home based with occasional travel for business needs including Quality Assessment Activities mainly in the North-East.
The role of Quality Assurance Officer is to implement quality assurance underpinned by the Quality Framework for National Careers Service; to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence, using an evidenced based approach from both internal and external sources.
