In this position, you will oversee various employment claims, managing cases from initial instruction through to the final hearing.

1. The appointed lawyer will oversee and mentor junior employment lawyers within the team.
2. You will provide expert advice and support throughout the litigation process.
3. This is a full-time hybrid position, allowing for three days of remote work per week.
4. Applications are welcome from solicitors or legal executives with experience managing a diverse caseload of employment disputes and claims.
5. A strong grasp of employment law and in-depth knowledge of Employment Tribunal procedures are essential.
6. Lawyers with experience handling claims funded by Legal Expenses Insurance are strongly encouraged to apply.
