The Robotics team:
As a Robotic Welding Technician you will have a unique opportunity to work with a diverse team who have exposure to the latest state of the art technology. Adopting automated technology is a key focus for BAE and this role will give you the chance to be part of a team leading this initiative with the opportunity for further development and growth.
Robotic welding technicians are critical to the development of new production operators to undertake mechanised and state of the art robotic welding techniques which are currently being utilised in the production environment. Robot technicians must be willing to undergo extensive training in robotic programming and operation so they can provide support, guidance and coaching to various BAE manufacturing teams. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
