About the role:
Lead the execution of customer projects, ensuring successful delivery of use cases within agreed timelines and scope
Act as the bridge between technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, milestones, and outcomes
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities based on business impact and customer needs
Requirements
Project Execution & Delivery
Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from kickoff to completion, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and company standards
Define project plans, objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs to measure success
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including various pods, data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to deliver solutions
Track progress, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies
Customer Engagement & Use Case Implementation
Work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and map solutions to their needs
Translate customer use cases into actionable project plans, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with Complexio’s AI capabilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct regular check-ins, project updates, and post-implementation reviews to ensure value realization
Stakeholder & Resource Management
Align internal teams and external partners on project objectives, ensuring smooth collaboration
Coordinate with pod leads, tech managers, product, and customer success teams to remove blockers and optimize resource allocation
Escalate critical issues and dependencies to leadership as needed, providing data-driven recommendations
Process & Continuous Improvement
Establish and refine project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for efficient execution
Leverage agile methodologies where applicable, iterating on project deliverables based on feedback
Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and documentation of lessons learned from past projects
Key Skills & Experience
Strong project management experience in AI, SaaS, or data-driven enterprise solutions
Expertise in managing customer-facing projects, balancing technical execution with business impact
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data integration, and enterprise software implementation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business value
Experience with agile methodologies, Jira, and project management tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, handling multiple priorities with autonomy
