Carrington West is recruiting for Engineers to support a key flood risk and drainage project. This role focuses on real-world problem-solving, making it ideal for those with on-site expertise rather than purely theoretical design knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Interpret survey data and site investigations to identify flood risk and drainage issues.
2. Develop practical, effective solutions based on real-world site experience.
3. Oversee and assess site works, ensuring best practices are followed.
4. Work within a fast-paced environment to deliver solutions efficiently.

1. Strong site-based engineering experience (flood risk and drainage focus).
2. Ability to diagnose and resolve issues using practical expertise.
3. Some formal training in engineering, but not necessarily management or design-focused.
4. A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
