Position Summary

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual looking for an administrative role in a dynamic environment? We are currently seeking a Site Administrator to join our team at the Nestle Waters Factory in Buxton, Derbyshire.

A day in the life of a Site Administrator

As site administrator you will provide administrative and secretarial services for the Buxton Factory Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Support the site with general purchase order management, including raising orders for site facility management.
2. Manage site communications, including screens and newsletters.
3. Ensure all Nestlé and agency staff have access to locker facilities.
4. Create a welcoming environment for visitors and manage conference and meeting rooms, including ordering refreshments.
5. Maintain and replenish site stationary to meet set targets.
6. Organize and promote the factory's involvement in community affairs, Charity of Choice, and events, in alignment with the Sustainability Manager.
7. Support the management of employee recognition programs, including the supply and tracking of instant recognition vouchers.
8. Act as a Wellness Champion, supporting health initiatives on-site and organizing site health checks. This may also involve managing any product donations received on-site.

What Will Make You Successful?

1. Strong organizational and time management skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Previous experience in administrative or secretarial roles is preferred.
