EY’s market leading Transaction Strategy and Execution (TSE) team provides Technology & Operations advice to corporate and private equity firms who intend to acquire, divest or restructure businesses to improve their value.

The opportunity

We are seeking to further expand our team with technology consultants who work across a range of sectors that include Private Equity, Digital, Telecoms, Media and Technology (TMT). As a Senior Executive in our team, you’ll advise clients across all sectors, supporting key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for transactions.

Your key responsibilities

• Assist in aspects of business origination, including pitches and presentations, and attending meetings with clients.
• Use your prior technology sector knowledge on projects across digital transformation, technology transformation, AI and big data.
• Lead blended project teams and manage engagements, including commercials and risk.
• Support the development of junior team members, coupled with recruitment and training responsibilities.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Proven experience and ability to communicate with clarity and impact to senior stakeholders.
• Strong written skills and experience of producing and reviewing high calibre reports.
• A track record of successful project delivery in corporate businesses.
• Professional services / consulting experience within Transactions.
