PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Foreman based in the Wiltshire area. This will be working for a Civil Contractor in the Rail/Civils industry. We are looking for someone that has got a strong background in Rail and Civils projects such as earthworks, maintenance works, civil and infrastructure works.

Responsibilities:

All inductions
Daily briefs and inspections
Recording all change
Supervision and organise all site operatives and subcontractors
Have a good understanding of all the projects and packages, to make sure that the contract is being run correctly at all times
Check drawings to make sure they are correct and up to date with designers
Make sure all Health and Safety are all in place, make any changes that can make the work space better
Daily record keeping
Be on hand to liaise with the site and project management teams

Person specification:

Essential:

Civils and Rail background is needed - infrastructure, earthworks and heavy civils
Supervising experience
Good understanding of health and safety on a site
SSSTS
Be able to prioritise and manage your own diary
Great and professional attitude at all times
Someone that is happy to work away from home when needed
Full UK drivers license
