Planning Lawyer Locum

Locum Planning Lawyer – Midlands Based Local Authority

Venn Group’s specialist legal team is excited to be recruiting for a Locum Planning Lawyer to join a well-regarded Local Authority in the Midlands.

This is a 3-month hybrid role offering up to £55 per hour Umbrella. The successful candidate will be required to attend the office at least one day per week, with flexibility around remote working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on Section 106 Agreements
• Handling matters related to Tree Preservation Orders
• Providing expert planning advice to internal and external stakeholders

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in Local Authority planning law
• A proven ability to independently manage a varied caseload
• A collaborative and professional approach
