We are seeking an experienced Lead Solution Architect (Cyber) to oversee the architectural delivery of a programme of work focused on Cyber Improvement. This is part of a multi-year initiative focused on strategic security enhancements across the Enterprise IT.

The Lead Solution Architect will work across several workstreams and their architects to ensure that the solutions being delivered are appropriate and optimal for the organisation.

• Lead the development and evolution of architecture, including technical visions, patterns, and guidance for workstream architects.
• Collaborate with workstreams and Enterprise IT to ensure solutions are viable, feasible, and sustainable.
• Act as Technical Design Authority (TDA) alongside the Enterprise Security Architect.
• Ensure architecture and solution documentation meets the organisation's policies and industry best practices.
• Define future initiatives and solutions to support ongoing business cases.
• Lead solution development meetings and manage customer-driven change requests.
