Role Description

This is a sub-contracted remote role for an Electrical Improver. The Electrical Improver will be responsible for assisting in electrical installations and supporting the Electrical Engineers in various projects.

Specific Contract for this Project

We are currently looking for an Electrical Improver to install new fire alarms within Hampshire County Council (school works). You will be working alongside an approved electrician.

Working hours on site are 16:00 - 24:00 (evenings).

Rates to be discussed.

Responsibilities

1. 1st fix (surface containment / containment in suspended ceilings).
2. 2nd fix (fire alarm devices).

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Relevant electrical certifications or qualifications.
• Experience within the industry.
• Asbestos awareness - training can be provided.
• ECS / CSCS.
• DBS Enhanced - can be provided.
• Hand tools and battery operated drills.
• Driver's Licence.
