Job description

We are seeking Admins at Sodexo and we have opportunities across the United Kingdom! With our sites covering Healthcare to Corporate, Stadiums to Government, we're offering opportunities to join Sodexo and be part of something greater. You'll play a key role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our building. You will handle a variety of tasks, including clerical work, data entry, scheduling and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

  1. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  2. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
  3. Organise and schedule appointments and meetings
  4. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  5. Provide general support to visitors and act as point of contact for internal and external visitors / clients

What you bring:

  1. Previous experience as an Administration Assistant would be beneficial
  2. Experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  3. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
