We are currently seeking an Insurance Administrator to join our multi-discipline veterinary hospital as part of an established reception/admin team on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will liaise with insurance companies to ensure timely payment of claims, facilitate the insurance claim process on behalf of our clinic teams and will resolve complex queries in a timely manner. You will deliver a first-class client experience for every case claimed for.
You will also be expected when required to help the reception team to cover short notice sickness, so experience of working as a receptionist is essential.
In this role, you will be:
Previous experience of working in a customer service environment and dealing with complex queries over the telephone and/or email is essential. Previous experience of credit management including legal/ethical policies and insurance claims is preferable but not essential. You must be able to develop good working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, there is some flexibility on time however with one shift until 7:00pm each week.
