Job Description
Key role for a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER within Healthcare building, refurbishment and construction. This role is unusual in that you will be working on "live" projects that are based on site and within a hospital setting. You will be overseeing building works that could include anything from managing the refurbishment of a hospital ward, right through to the refurbishment of hospital toilets or the construction of a new state-of-the-art surgical operating theatre. You will be liaising with clinicians, doctors, specialist nurses etc to manage their expectations in terms of delivery of the project timelines. In order to be successful, you will need to be familiar with every stage of the RIBA gateway process. This is a fabulous opportunity for the right person and you will have the opportunity to work autonomously but will also report regularly to the Board with project status.
It will only suit someone with at least 7 years of - ideally - healthcare construction-related project management experience. Nice role!
