Job description

Working for the largest car dealership in Europe and part of one of the most famous brands in the world, we are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join this excellent team of HRBPs on a 12 month fixed term contract. The purpose of the role is to drive and support an HR Business Plan in partnership with the Management team, which is aligned to the overall Group HR Business Plan.

You will proactively build, maintain and foster professional relationships with key members of the management teams and support the business.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  1. This should include the practical implementation and management of the following:
  2. Recruitment and onboarding, and skills gap analysis
  3. Induction process and Accountabilities
  4. Consulting with line management and providing daily HR guidance
  5. Colleague reviews
  6. Succession planning
  7. Improving and monitoring colleague productivity
  8. Analysing trends within the HR metrics and implementing solutions
  9. Driving engagement, performance and cultural development
  10. Performance Management
  11. Managing colleague wellness initiatives
  12. Developing relationships between colleagues and the company
  13. Proactively managing the D&I agenda
  14. Absence management (LTS)
  15. Flexible working
  16. Implementation of Human Resources strategies that support the Group Business Strategy and the Organisation's strategic vision and business priorities
  17. Support the building of customer focused culture through relevant HR interventions
  18. Implement and manage organisational changes, strategic initiatives and Group processes
  19. Take responsibility for specific actions relating to employee opinion survey
  20. Effective communication and stakeholder management
  21. Look for continuous improvement in all ways of working
  22. Attend relevant meetings
  23. To be compliant with Health & Safety company policy and legislation

The person:

  1. This is a great development opportunity for a junior business partner with 18 to 24 months experience in a similar regional role who is looking to take their next step into a development role.
  2. You will have previous experience in a regional role, and have a clean license and be happy travelling to 7 sites in London and several across the South West as far as Bristol.
  3. This is a 12 month fixed term contract so you must be available to start within the next 4 weeks and willing to commit to a contract.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport and relationships with key stakeholders.
  5. Clean driving license
