We have an opportunity available for a Part Time Administrative Assistant to join the team at Cheshire East Carers Service based in Crewe, Cheshire, CW1 6GL.
Salary: £12.00 hourly
Hours: 30 weekly

As an Administrative Assistant, you will develop and provide a carer-focused and efficient administrative support service for the service, by undertaking administrative duties in accordance with the needs of the company and according to agreed procedures.
To provide effective and efficient administrative support for the Carers Hub services through the provision of administration tasks for carers and team members within the service including managing referrals, answering the telephone, processing all post, and sending letters.
In addition to managing and responding to queries and referrals received through the Carers Hub telephone, email, and portal systems, you will identify carers who need care and support to find the right services for them, undertake signposting and referral pathways.

We are looking for individuals who have an eye for detail and the ability to work independently and in accordance with deadlines.
Previous administration experience and good IT skills and knowledge of Office 365 is essential.
Experience of working within a health and social care setting would be an advantage but is not essential.
