As a regional UK contractor, my client has a diversified workload across different sectors such as Industrial, Commercial, Retail, and more. My client enjoys a c£70 million turnover with their projects valued up to £10 million, covering a range of sectors including Industrial, Logistics, Commercial, Retail, and more.

The ideal candidate will be a Site Manager joining the Building Division. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a regional Main Contractor doing small works with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects. About The Role:
As a Site Manager, you will lead and manage the on-site team of Sub-Contractors and suppliers to deliver high-quality projects safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client requirements, project programmes, and budgeted costs.

Liaising with the Senior Site Manager & Project Manager to drive a consistent & proactive approach to health & safety on site. Manage hazards & risks. You will ensure all contractors & visitors are thoroughly inducted onto sites and monitor the progress of the project programme. Build an understanding of the project budgets to drive efficiencies and oversee contractor performance.

About You:
• Experience working as a Site Manager
• Experience working for a Main Contractor on schemes valued £5m +
• Experience in diverse sectors
• Experience in new build & refurbishment
• Experience of speaking to clients at multiple levels
• Experience of managing sub-contractors effectively
• SMSTS and First Aid
• CSCS card
• Degree or HND Qualified or a Trades background.
